Overview

JP's research focuses on integration and analysis of glycomics & metabolomics data (molecular phenotypes) in correlation with genetic diseases. His work involves analysis of phenotypic, genomic, metabolomic & glycomic data from patients in the undiagnosed diseases network, as well as biocuration and ontology development.
